Requirements and Design Approach for a High-Reliability System

The Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used to describe a system that needed to interface with many external systems, at various levels of detail appropriate for a variety of user, developer, and tester audiences. Rational’s Rose CASE tool was used to produce a variety of UML-based products for these audiences.
